You Can’t Be Governor Unless You Promise Not To Raise The Income Tax

Every winning candidate for Governor since at least 1990 has promised not the raise the state income tax. Republican Judy Baar Topinka made a huge mistake being wishy-washy about whether she would support an increase in the state income tax. Future candidates for Governor beware.
